ASCCOM’s main objectives are:

• Engineering consultancy and advisory services:
  • To engage in the business of engineering consultancy and advisory services in the oil, gas and energy sector; to carry on business as petroleum prospectors, producers, refiners and deal; and to harness, process, render marketable, supply and deal in natural gas, and to work oil and gas reserves, and to produce petroleum and harness natural gas; and deal in the same;
• Designing and Maintenance Services:
  • To carry on the business of designing, setting up, erecting, maintaining, repairing, improving and operating or managing pipes, pipelines and all other kinds of onshore and offshore port facilities, storage and distributing terminals, storage, loading and unloading facilities for the storage and transportation of natural gas, crude oil, petroleum products including but not limited to liquefied petroleum gas, petrol, naphtha, high speed diesel, aviation turbine fuel, superior kerosene oil and all products as may be conveniently transported through pipelines and, for the purpose, enter into any technical or financial collaboration as may be desired”;
• Purchasing and Supply Services:
  • To carry on the business of buying, importing, selling, exporting, leasing, producing, bottling, storing, distributing and otherwise dealing in all kinds of petroleum products, chemicals, chemical products, natural gas and other natural resources, related equipment including cylinders, valves, regulators and other accessories; and finally to own landed property, borrow, mortgage, charge and deal in the assets of the Company in any desired manner.

We also focus on delivering natural gas and power solutions.

With several years of experience in the gas business space, we provide support across major functions, including field operations planning and management, construction, maintenance, supply chain, risk management, customer services, gas supply, regulatory, and sales and marketing, including business strategy and business planning.

We are well equipped with Joint Venture and relationship management skills, and experienced in partners’ assessment of gas sale or purchase prospects, preparation and defense of work programs

ASCCOM is vastly experienced in natural gas, gas transmission and virtual pipeline businesses. In the past 12 years, we have been engaged in diverse roles (gas business intelligence, contract negotiation and administration, gas operations, gas optimization, etc.), coupled with our expertise in Nigeria domestic gas development.
